Job Summary

The Social Media Communications Manager is a seasoned professional responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies that drive engagement and elevate the company's brand. This role will oversee the creation, execution, and management of social media content and campaigns that promote PVH's values and enhance its corporate reputation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and launch next-generation social media communications strategies that connect PVH followers to the company and drive engagement.
  • Create and execute engaging social media content, including text, images, videos, and graphics, that align with PVH's brand voice and inspire audiences.
  • Develop and maintain an editorial calendar and rhythm that enhances audience growth and engagement across PVH's social media platforms.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to amplify the voice of PVH and its leaders, ensuring clear and consistent storytelling across all key social media platforms.
  • Monitor, engage, and build relationships with followers on all social media platforms, fostering a positive and interactive online community.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and innovations in social media, incorporating them into the strategy and researching competitor activity to inform the plan.
  • Analyze and establish performance metrics to measure social platform effectiveness and adjust the strategy accordingly to improve results.
Requirements
  • 5-8 years of experience in social media within a global role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in building and executing content creation and innovative social media strategies across PVH platforms.
  • Deep understanding of how key social media platforms and their respective algorithms work.
  • Excellent writing skills, with the ability to synthesize complex concepts and translate them into simple, clear, and effective communications.
  • Strong knowledge of best-in-class social media communications practices and proficiency with next-generation communications tools.
