About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Program Management to join our team at Walmart. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams and driving strategic initiatives to optimize transportation costs and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans to improve transportation efficiency and reduce costs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize opportunities for process improvements and cost savings
  • Develop and manage budgets, profit and loss statements, and other financial processes to ensure effective resource allocation
  • Utilize data and analytics to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, operations teams, and external partners
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 4 years' experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area OR 6 years' experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area
  • 2 years' experience leading cross-functional teams
  • 3 years' experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with ability to think clearly, problem solve, analyze quantitatively, scope business requirements, and prioritize
Preferred Qualifications
  • Managing a budget, profit and loss statement, or related financial process
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or related field like project management, compliance, operations management, or related area
  • Project Management Certification
