Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Facilities Management to join our team at Walmart. This role will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of strategic plans for facilities management, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and minimizing disruptions to store operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive feasibility analysis of new products and applications to determine viability for refrigeration compliance and building electrification adoption.
  • Conduct technical and economic analysis and evaluation of initiatives to determine their potential for scalability and cost-effectiveness.
  • Work with financial partners to prepare and present annual and long-range capital planning for asset EOL & ZE replacement programs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and develop data-centric products and applications for reducing refrigerants GWP footprint and improving energy efficiency.
  • Establish partnerships with other business groups to gain buy-in and shared ownership of new initiatives prior to program deployment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and 10 years of experience in supermarket refrigeration & HVAC systems design, application, and service requirements.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to manage up and down the organization.
  • Experience in data analytics and data model construction.
  • Ability to understand and articulate the refrigeration/refrigerants landscape and communicate complex technical information to stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in design & application of Refrigeration & HVAC systems and controls.
  • Process improvement in terms of optimizing system performance.
  • Business acumen, including the ability to develop and present a business case or value proposition.
  • Leadership skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and drive solutions within established budgets and timelines.
