Key Responsibilities
  • Identify customer and operational needs, develop and communicate plans and priorities, and remove barriers and obstacles that impact performance.
  • Provide decision support by sourcing, organizing, analyzing, and interpreting data and information, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop processes and strategies that help meet business goals.
  • Promote and support company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by training and providing direction to others in their use and application.
  • Manage the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders, developing new innovations and tools, and continuously improving methodology.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 5 years' experience in operations, project management, or related area.
  • 2 years' experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • 3 years' experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Managing a budget, profit and loss statement, or related financial process.
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Project Management Certification.
