Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Cornerstones of Care. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will provide critical support to our Environment of Care department, ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Manager of Environment of Care, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
  • Assist with front desk coverage, including greeting clients and visitors, and providing general information about our organization.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files, both physical and electronic.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events as needed.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the Manager of Environment of Care.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; 1-3 years of experience in an office setting preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Valid driver's license and proof of current vehicle insurance required.
