We are seeking a highly skilled Office Administrator to support our corporate consulting firm's office in the Kansas City area. This is a long-term permanent contract-to-hire position that will begin as a contract and convert to direct employment after 6-12 months.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage office supplies and inventory, including ordering and organizing materials.
  • Provide facilities support, such as coordinating repairs and maintenance.
  • Assist with accounts payable processes, preparing information for a third-party finance team.
  • Prepare the office for executive visits, including catering and conference room setup.
  • Coordinate vehicle organization and documentation for a fleet of 14 vehicles.
  • Collaborate with security and IT for key card access for new hires.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as an office administrator or office manager in a large or corporate office setting.
  • Experience supporting an office, rather than an individual or small group.
  • Invoice processing experience.
  • Ability to work with executives in a professional manner and greet all guests.

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000-$75,000 annually, as well as benefits including health, dental, vision, and 401K.
