Position Overview:
The Emergency Medical Technician plays a crucial role in supporting vaccination efforts within the Naples-Collier County area.

This position involves assisting with patient care, including the administration of point-of-care tests and providing necessary breaks for fellow team members.

Responsibilities also include the upkeep of medical supplies and equipment, which entails assembling, packaging, and distributing personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as back-up support for all staff roles as needed. Responsible for assembling and delivering essential supplies (PPE, testing kits, etc.). Must be capable of lifting up to 40 lbs and standing for extended periods.
  • Administer vaccinations as required.
Additional duties may arise periodically and are aligned with the responsibilities of this position.

Qualifications:
  • Possession of a valid Florida License/certification and current Basic Life Support certification.
  • Recent clinical experience (within the last 6 months).
  • Demonstrated positive attitude, enthusiasm, and strong customer service skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the demands of the role.
  • Able to wear PPE for prolonged periods without restriction.
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Professional appearance: Clean uniform, well-groomed hair, and natural nails.
  • Punctuality and a commitment to professional, friendly, and business-like conduct.
  • Understanding of the inherent risks associated with exposure to patients who may be Covid positive.
  • Full compliance with all CDC guidelines and company policies.
  • Bilingual skills are highly preferred but not mandatory.
Work Schedule:
