Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paramedic to join our team at Radiology Regional Center. As a Paramedic, you will be responsible for providing emergency medical care and transportation to patients in need.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and manage patients with medical emergencies, including those requiring paramedic assessment and treatment.
  • Monitor patients until they are stable to be released or transported to a proper facility.
  • Keep accurate records of any incidents requiring paramedic assessment and treatment.
  • Assist with the recovery of patients from sedation given by the anesthesiologist.
  • Perform and assist with preliminary interpretation of stress EKGs and patient monitoring.
  • Perform a variety of procedures that require independent judgment, ingenuity, and initiative to maintain patient assessment and care.
Requirements:
  • Associate degree from an accredited paramedic program.
  • Current paramedic and State of Florida certification.
  • Current ACLS and CPR certifications.
  • 6+ months of experience in EMT/paramedic.
  • Knowledge of all aspects of MRI safety policy procedures.
