Sales Executive

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Strategic Account Executive. This role will involve identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and developing and implementing strategic sales plans to drive growth.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have a strong background in consultative selling, preferably with experience in a technical product or service. They will be able to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively demonstrate features and benefits of all products.
A significant portion of this role will involve travel, both nationally and regionally, via air and car. The ideal candidate will be based in a major metropolitan area near an international airport.
Responsibilities- Pursue and sell arc-rated and flame-resistant clothing and managed apparel programs within the designated territory.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively demonstrate features and benefits of all products.
- Meet with prospects to provide presentations and demonstrations on our products and services.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive growth.
- Collaborate with key brand representatives in the market to identify new business opportunities.
- 5+ years of consultative selling experience, preferably with a technical product.
- Strong hunting skills with a strategic selling approach to win new business.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Ability to travel nationally 50% or as needed.
We offer a competitive base salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a lucrative sales incentive plan.
