About This Opportunity

Gustave A. Larson Company is seeking a talented Refrigeration Territory Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and customer satisfaction through strategic planning and execution.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet business objectives.
  • Work closely with Marketing to create engaging content and promotional materials.
  • Provide expert training and support to the sales team on Refrigeration products and solutions.
  • Conduct regular customer visits and proactive calls to identify new business opportunities.
  • Promote company offerings and services to customers and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or technical degree/certification in a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Refrigeration systems, suppliers, manufacturers, and competitors.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork skills.

Compensation Package: An estimated salary range of $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
