About the Role: As a Regional Sales Manager at End 2 End Technologies, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the Midwest region. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with customers, defining sales plans, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with product development teams to understand customer needs and identify opportunities for growth
  • Provide market insights and competitor analysis to inform sales strategies
  • Travel up to 50% of the time to visit clients, attend industry events, and participate in training sessions

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, commercial operations, or marketing
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
