Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated District Life and Financial Services Manager to join our team at Farmers Insurance of Minnesota - District Office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive growth and revenue in our Life and Financial Services department.

About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of sales principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also need to be able to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business results. Additionally, you will need to be able to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with our agents and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and executing strategies to drive growth and revenue in our Life and Financial Services department
  • Analyzing data and making informed decisions to drive business results
  • Building strong relationships with our agents and clients
  • Providing training and support to our agents and clients
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3+ years of sales experience
  • Direct point of sale, sales leadership, and life insurance wholesaler experience preferred

Estimated Salary Range:
$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and performance. Plus commission.
