Sales and Partnerships Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Expansion Sales Associate to join our team at the Leaders of Tomorrow Youth Center, Inc. in Washington D.C.
Key Responsibilities- Establish Partnerships: Serve as the primary contact for partnerships and branding initiatives in Washington D.C. for the Leaders of Tomorrow Youth Center expansion team.
- Secure Meetings: Secure meetings with new and existing partners to advocate for the organization's offerings and opportunities.
- Stay Informed: Stay updated on available programs and partnership prospects within the organization to effectively represent them to potential partners.
- Pursue New Leads: Actively pursue and manage new leads to broaden the organization's outreach and impact.
- Innovate Strategies: Innovate strategies to introduce programs to new partners and identify emerging markets for partnership growth.
- Foster Relationships: Foster strong relationships with partners, ensuring their satisfaction and serving as their main liaison within the organization.
- Maintain Relevance: Develop strategies to maintain the relevance of the organization's offerings for current partners and attract new collaborators.
- Passion for Sales: Passionate about fostering relationships and driving sales specifically in the Washington D.C., DC area.
- Exceptional Service: Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a high standard of service excellence.
