We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our community, developing and implementing strategies to drive growth and excellence, and ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care and service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage our community team to deliver exceptional resident experiences
  • Develop and implement business plans to drive growth and revenue
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and external partners
  • Manage budgets and financial resources to ensure financial stability
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in senior living or a related field
  • Proven track record of leadership and management experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong business acumen and financial management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
