Job Summary

CPP Investments is seeking a highly skilled IT Analyst to join our Global Techbar team. As an IT Analyst, you will provide hands-on technical support to ensure the delivery of consistent, quality customer service across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to employees, addressing all problems and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships to understand staff needs and position team and departmental response.
  • Focus on building, maintaining, and enhancing customer relationships to deliver exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify areas of inefficiency and recommend changes to improve service delivery.
  • Develop and deliver clear and concise support documentation to ensure effective communication.
  • Manage tasks and resources relating to projects and service support tickets.
  • Regularly report the ongoing status of projects and activities as assigned.
  • Effectively communicate, manage, and escalate issues to ensure timely resolution.
  • Provide End-user training to ensure IT processes and expectations are communicated and met.
  • Process user account creation, modifications, and terminations for various systems.
  • Build, test, deploy, and recover desktops and laptops, and order IT equipment and peripherals.
  • Log service requests, incidents, problems, improvements, and feedback.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in Computer Science or Information Technology.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience providing IT support in a corporate environment, preferably in the finance sector.
  • Customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to interface confidently with executive and internal customers.
  • Strong independent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work individually as well as contribute in a global team environment.
  • Proficient with all Windows operating system software and hardware.
  • Strong working knowledge of Office 365 suite and Windows 10 environment.
  • Advanced troubleshooting for all types of technical service requests and issues.
