Job Title: Patient Care Associate

At Metrowest Medical Center, we are committed to providing high-quality, comprehensive care to our patients. We are seeking a Patient Care Associate to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Patient Care Associate will assist nursing service personnel with various patient care activities and related services. This includes assisting with personal hygiene, taking vital signs, and changing bed linens. The successful candidate will also serve and collect food trays, provide between-meal nourishment, and clean, sterilize, store, and prepare other supplies.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with personal hygiene and vital sign taking
  • Change bed linens and maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Serve and collect food trays and provide between-meal nourishment
  • Clean, sterilize, store, and prepare other supplies
  • Work under the supervision of a registered nurse or supervisor
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • CPR certification
  • CNA license, home health certification, or PCA certification
