Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at MJ Care Inc. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Physical Therapists in providing physical therapy treatments and procedures to help patients regain movement and manage pain.
  • Develop and Implement Treatment Plans in accordance with state laws and under the supervision of a physical therapist.
  • Document Patient Progress and modify treatments as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Communicate Effectively with patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Transport Patients Safely and assist with transfers as needed, following proper policy and procedure.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required; associate's degree or higher in physical therapy assisting preferred.
  • State Licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant required.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills essential for effective patient care and teamwork.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment and adapt to changing priorities and situations.
