Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven SaaS Sales Professional to join our team at HR Force International. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities with potential clients in the US market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
  • Conduct product presentations and consultations to understand clients' needs and demonstrate how our SaaS solutions can address their specific challenges.
  • Effectively manage the sales pipeline, from lead qualification to closing deals, ensuring accurate and timely updates in the CRM system.
  • Lead negotiations with clients, addressing objections, and closing sales to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions in the e-commerce sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to provide insights from the field and contribute to product enhancement.

Requirements:

  • Candidate should be a US Native
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Experience in solution selling, and consultative sales approach
  • Proficient in using CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot to manage sales pipelines
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A self-starter with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn & travel as required
