Key Responsibilities of the Security Program Management Officer:
Oversee classified government contract initiatives and manage the daily functions of a Special Access Program Facility (SAPF) or Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF).
Assist in clearance processing, which includes personnel security, visit certifications, document management, and physical security measures, such as alarm responses for secured areas, as well as the opening and closing of the security facility. Provide support for industrial security activities as necessary.
Conduct sensitive security briefings and coordinate the development and delivery of all security training programs.
Exhibit teamwork, make informed decisions, take independent actions, and deliver targeted security solutions for clients while effectively communicating information both verbally and in writing.
Engage with internal and external clients or government security officials to execute security responsibilities, address routine personnel security issues with employees, prepare reports on infractions and violations, conduct program security access briefings, and perform other related duties as required.
Essential Qualifications:
3+ years of experience as an Assistant Contractor Program Security Officer (ACPSO), Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO), or Site Security Representative managing security programs
Experience with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) or Special Access Programs (SAP)
Familiarity with DISS and JADE
Knowledge of eQIP, ICD 704 and ICD 705, NISPOM Rule, and Department of Defense security requirements
Ability to work onsite during all work weekdays
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor's degree
Preferred Qualifications:
Understanding of the government-classified contracting process
Possession of strong verbal and written communication skills
Security Fundamentals Professional Certification
Clearance Requirements:
Applicants selected will undergo a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is mandatory.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's unique combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
The projected compensation range for this position is $67,700.00 to $154,000.00 annually.The estimate provided represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.

If this position is designated as remote or hybrid, you will occasionally work from a Booz Allen or client site facility.
