Position Overview:
As a Security Program Management Officer, you will oversee classified government contract initiatives and manage the daily functions of a Special Access Program Facility (SAPF).

Your responsibilities will include providing assistance in clearance processing, visit certifications, document management, and ensuring physical security for controlled areas linked to special access programs.

You will conduct sensitive security briefings and coordinate all security training programs.

In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for upper management and external agencies.

Engagement with internal and external clients or government security representatives will be essential to perform security tasks, address routine personnel security issues, prepare reports, conduct program security access briefings, and fulfill other related duties as necessary.


Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) or security specialist managing security programs
- Familiarity with SCI or SAP programs, JPAS, and eQIP
- Understanding of the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), Intelligence Community Directive (ICD), and DoD and COMSEC security protocols
- Knowledge of the government classified contract process
- TS/SCI clearance
- High School diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC)
- Special Program Security Certification (SPSC)

Clearance Requirements:


Selected candidates will undergo a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is mandatory.


Work Environment:
We prioritize a people-first culture that values flexibility and collaboration, whether in-person or remote.

If this position allows for remote or hybrid work, you will occasionally work from a Booz Allen or client site facility.

If this position is designated as onsite, you will collaborate with colleagues and clients in person as required for the specific role.
