Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Administrative Coordinator to provide top-notch administrative support to our leaders and extended team.

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity to join Insight Global as an Executive Administrative Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support, maintaining confidentiality, and managing calendars and meeting notices.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide efficient and effective administrative support to ensure objectives, strategies, and tactics are accomplished in a timely manner
  • Maintain confidentiality with sensitive materials and information
  • Manage calendars, meeting notices, and conference room reservations
  • Provide personnel administrative support, including travel arrangements, meeting and conference arrangements, and preparation of agendas and handouts
  • Organize, prepare, distribute, and file information (electronic and written) to maintain effective communications and information systems
  • Support set up, orientation, and onboarding logistic tasks for new hires
  • Manage various reporting processes and communications
  • Enter online requisitions and engage with the procurement team
  • Maintain solid interpersonal relationships with employees at all levels and develop effective business contacts with vendors and services
  • Welcome guests, arrange meetings, and represent the organization with professionalism and effectiveness
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, HR, Finance, or a related area, or equivalent work experience
  • Proficiency in Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Excellent typing, filing, record-keeping, grammar, spelling, written, and oral communication skills
  • Ability and willingness to work overtime on an occasional basis
  • Professional Assistant Certificate of Excellence (optional)
