Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle a significant number of inbound calls, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Assist clients by providing information, processing applications, and maintaining case records in compliance with established guidelines.
  • Engage with clients to gather necessary information and assess eligibility for various assistance programs.
  • Educate clients on program services and eligibility requirements, ensuring clarity and understanding.
