About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Therapist to join our team at ACCESS Mental Health, INC, an affiliate of Spread Your Wings, LLC and subsidiary of Spread Your Wings Health USA. As a Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing clinical services to our clients, working under the direct supervision of our Clinical Director.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy services to clients, as needed.
  • Conduct initial assessments to determine service eligibility and process assigned referrals.
  • Attend and participate in clinical team meetings to ensure effective treatment planning.
  • Create and develop group curriculum for various sessions, submitting to the Clinical Director for approval.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients, family members, support teams, and ancillary treatment team members.
  • Complete required documentation, including treatment plans, progress notes, and other forms in a timely manner.
  • Participate in internal client records audits and quality assurance reviews.
Requirements
  • Minimum of two years of direct clinical service experience in a mental health/developmental disabilities setting.
  • Prior experience documenting in electronic health records systems and efficiency in utilizing such systems.
  • Master's degree and active registration with the Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) as an Associate Therapist.
  • Valid California driver's license and proof of insurance coverage.
  • Active CPR/First-Aid Certification (if not, will be required to attain within 90 days after hire).
  • Eligibility or active NPI Number.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity and/or experience working in collaboration with regional centers and affiliated personnel.
  • Bilingual candidates (English & an additional language/s).
What We Offer

Hourly rate/Salary will depend on relatable experience and license/associate status. Licensed Candidates: $34-39/hour. Position is remote, with occasional in-person meetings (2-3 times/year) upon request.
