We are looking for a dynamic and career-focused individual to join our team as an Insurance Sales Representative. In this role, you will foster and nurture customer relationships within the community to advocate for our insurance offerings, including auto, home, and life coverage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads, arrange meetings, assess customer requirements, and promote suitable products and services.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships, ensuring timely follow-ups as necessary.
  • Utilize a customer-centric, needs-based evaluation process to inform clients about their insurance choices.

Compensation: Salary plus Commissions

Qualifications:
  • Preferred experience in sales (outside sales, inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing)
  • Strong communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
  • Self-driven and motivated
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Able to work collaboratively in a team setting
  • Skilled in assessing customer needs and conducting effective interviews
  • Capable of establishing rapport with clients
  • Must be able to obtain Property & Casualty license
  • Must be able to obtain Life & Health license
