At Gentiva, we're seeking an experienced and results-driven Area Vice President Target Market Operations to join our team. This key role will be responsible for optimizing operations in specified target markets, troubleshooting processes, evaluating business resources, and identifying training needs. The successful candidate will lead location strategy development and implementation to meet or exceed goals, working closely with corporate leaders across the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Provide performance oversight to target market and collaborate with senior management to prioritize business strategies and mission alignment
  • Accountability for operationalizing the strategic, operational, and budgetary plans for all aspects of the target market and related activities
  • Ability to bring forward innovative ideas and suggestions, and always seek better, more efficient ways to improve processes and systems
  • Excellent business and financial acumen
  • Ability to create and manage a process from ideation to execution

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5-10 years of operations experience in the healthcare service industry, with hospice experience preferred
  • Proven ability to drive strategy, set, and meet established targets
