Job Overview

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a seasoned Vice President of Engineering to lead our multi-site engineering operation. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of efficient engineering operations across our network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement new technologies, processes, and strategies to meet company goals
  • Lead engineering projects and keep leadership informed of project status and updates
  • Implement cost savings initiatives and partner with plant staff through their execution
  • Foster a proactive and positive safety culture and ensure compliance with safety policies and quality assurance standards
  • Develop strategic goals, establish systems for tracking results and continuous improvement, and ensure that organizational objectives and daily activities are on pace to meet customer needs
Requirements
  • Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related STEM degree
  • Minimum of 15+ years of engineering experience at the plant-level
  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience with direct oversight of engineering staff
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience leading a multi-site organization
  • Must be willing to travel up to 20-30% (including out of state travel)

We offer a competitive salary range of $175,000-200,000 per year, plus bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, short and long-term disability, 401K program with a company match, and generous PTO.
