Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide timely and effective support to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Sanctions Compliance: Collaborate with our compliance team to ensure that all client interactions are in compliance with relevant regulations and laws.
- Analysis and Problem-Solving: Analyze complex information and develop creative solutions to resolve client issues.
- Documentation and Communication: Articulate ideas and thought processes through documentation and communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in standard office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Regulatory Research: Ability to conduct regulatory research using available tools and resources.
- Industry Experience: Customer service, banking, financial, and account experience preferred.
The successful candidate will be required to work on-site at our Springfield, MO location, with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office. The schedule will be 11:00am - 8:00pm, with either Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday shifts. There will be a requirement to work from the office 100% for one week per quarter.
