This exciting opportunity exists for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team. You will be responsible for creating a positive sales culture and team atmosphere, focusing on employee retention and performance.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Establishing clear goals and objectives with each salesperson and manager
  • Determining monthly and yearly forecasts to drive sales growth and profitability
  • Conducting regular sales meetings and analyzing sales performance
  • Collaborating with the marketing department to develop targeted strategies to meet sales goals

The estimated salary for this role is $90,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience. Our company offers a range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision insurance, and a 401K retirement savings plan.
