Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Excellent Customer Service: Greet patients and members upon arrival, check them in for appointments, and ensure a smooth and efficient experience.
- Sales and Marketing: Participate in marketing and sales opportunities to attract new patients to our clinics, and educate patients on our wellness offerings and services.
- Transaction Processing: Complete transactions using point of sale software and ensure all patient accounts are current and accurate.
- Team Collaboration: Work cohesively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional patient care.
- Office Management: Maintain the cleanliness of the clinic and organization of workspace, and perform other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required
- Previous Sales Experience: At least one year of experience in sales or a related field
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with patients, members, and team members
- Technical Skills: Proficient in point of sale software and other technical systems used in the clinic
- Availability: Must be available to work all weekdays and weekends, 9am-7pm
