About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Guest Experience Expert to join our team at Courtyard Dallas Plano Parkway at Preston Road. As a key member of our Rooms & Guest Services Operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process operational needs and address guest requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Complete reports and share knowledge of the local area with guests.
  • Maintain a safe work environment, follow company policies and procedures, and protect company assets.
  • Uphold quality standards and ensure uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, moving around and taking a hands-on approach to work.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • No related work experience or supervisory experience required.
  • None of the following licenses or certifications are required: Marriott International is an equal opportunity employer.
