Caldera Care is seeking dedicated LPNs to join our team for various shifts (Day, Evening, Night) within our Skilled Nursing Facility. We are recognized for our exceptional care standards and commitment to our residents' well-being. Our facility is designed to provide both Long-Term and Short-Term Acute Care, ensuring a supportive environment for both staff and residents. We offer competitive compensation starting at $35/hr for LPNs, with negotiable rates based on experience, along with attractive shift differentials. Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer medications and treatments as per the individualized care plans for residents.
  • Supervise and guide Nursing Assistants to ensure task completion.
  • Adhere to facility policies, particularly those concerning infection control and safety protocols.
  • Complete all required documentation in the electronic health record system by the end of each shift.
  • Conduct all necessary assessments as directed by the Resident Care Manager or Director of Nursing.

Qualifications:

  • Active LPN state licensure without any disciplinary actions.
  • Proficient in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms.
  • Willingness to provide at least two professional references.
