RN Supervisor Opportunity at United Methodist Communities

We are seeking a skilled RN Supervisor to join our team at The Shores, a Senior Care Community in Ocean City, NJ. As a RN Supervisor, you will oversee general building operations, employee time and attendance, environmental safety, and clinical assessment and documentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee general building operations
  • Oversee employee time and attendance
  • Oversee environmental safety
  • Oversee clinical assessment and documentation
  • Handle resolution of customer complaints throughout the community
  • Ensure the community remains in compliance with NJ DOH and Federal regulatory guidelines
  • Ensure team members perform job tasks in line with organizations mission, vision and values
