We are seeking an experienced Executive Customer Acquisition Strategist to lead our digital marketing efforts and drive revenue growth.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer acquisition, with experience in developing and executing comprehensive strategies that drive growth across multiple channels.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze market trends, customer behaviors, and campaign performance to inform data-driven decisions. The successful candidate will be able to balance creative thinking with analytical expertise, and effectively communicate complex insights to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including product, sales, finance, and creative, to align acquisition efforts with brand goals and seasonal initiatives.
  • Digital Marketing Leadership: Lead paid media initiatives across platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, TikTok) to optimize reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Customer Journey Optimization: Analyze and map the customer journey, identifying areas to improve conversion rates and reduce customer acquisition costs (CAC).
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the acquisition budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently across channels.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on location and experience. This estimate is based on industry standards and takes into account factors such as cost of living, company size, and level of experience required.
