About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and safety-focused Bulk Gas Driver to join our team at Parkland. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for transporting bulk oil and fuel to our customers in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transport and deliver loaded and empty tanker, bulk, semi, and van trucks in a professional, safe, efficient, timely, and legal manner.
  • Hook and unhook trailers, operate pumps and valves to fill tanks using various hoses, nozzles, and fittings.
  • Ensure all products, hoses, and other tools are secured using approved securing methods, such as tie-downs, straps, etc.
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip safety inspections of trucks, trailers, and equipment, reporting any concerns, defects, incidents, or damage immediately.
  • Keep trucks and equipment clean and maintained, reporting any issues immediately.
  • Provide excellent customer service to our customers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of deliveries.
  • Monitor key performance data to anticipate customer service issues and opportunities, reporting issues to supervisors and following up in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Valid Class A CDL
  • Tanker, Hazmat endorsements preferred (not required at time of application, but required at time of hire)
  • Current DOT Medical Card required at time of hire
  • Clean driving record
  • TWIC preferred, but not required
  • Must be able to satisfactorily complete a pre-employment DOT drug screen and background check
