Position Summary: The Lube Transport Specialist is tasked with the safe and efficient delivery of bulk and packaged lubricants. This role requires exceptional customer service skills and the ability to navigate logistics effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transport and deliver various loads using tanker, bulk, semi, and van trucks while adhering to safety and legal standards.
  • Operate pumps and valves, ensuring proper filling of tanks with various hoses and fittings.
  • Secure all products and tools using approved methods to prevent any loss or damage.
  • Load and unload trailers, engaging in frequent physical activities such as lifting and carrying.
  • Ensure accuracy in customer orders and compliance with Distributor Product Integrity Manual standards.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatchers to resolve any issues during transit.
  • Maintain accurate records and logs as required by state and federal regulations.
  • Conduct safety inspections of vehicles and report any defects or incidents immediately.
  • Assist in warehouse operations as needed, including the safe operation of equipment.
  • Demonstrate safe work practices and manage risks effectively.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Valid Class A Driver's License with Tanker, Hazmat, and doubles/triples endorsements.
  • Clean driving record and current DOT Medical Card.
  • Minimum of one year of verifiable tractor-trailer tanker experience.
  • Ability to work in varying weather conditions and long hours.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workflow effectively.
