Human Resources Manager

  • Managing recruitment and selection processes to attract, hire, and retain top talent.
  • Overseeing employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
  • Implementing and monitoring performance management systems.
  • Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • ~5+ years of experience in human resources management.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
