About the Role

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the oversight and ongoing management of our Account Managers and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Management: Oversee and manage the performance of assigned Account Managers, ensuring they meet high service levels and client satisfaction.
  • Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-level clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Business Development: Work with our sales and support teams to implement new and renewing accounts, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with our Business Consultants to develop and implement strategic plans for client relationships and account growth.
  • Negotiation and Communication: Negotiate benefits and rates with carriers, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our clients. Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of account management tasks.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all clients are compliant with their benefits, contributions, and other regulatory requirements. Identify and mitigate potential risks to client relationships and account growth.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in account management, business development, or a related field.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred, with a focus on business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Health and Life Insurance License mandatory.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
