Job Title: Senior Geotechnical Engineer

Civil Engineer (Geothermal) 7

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Geotechnical Engineer to lead our geothermal project team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in geotechnical engineering, with a focus on geothermal design and project management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead geothermal project teams to deliver high-quality designs and solutions
  • Develop and implement geothermal design strategies and methodologies
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliverables
  • Manage and mentor junior engineers to develop their skills and expertise
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in geothermal engineering
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Geotechnical, Civil, Mining or Geologic Engineering or related discipline
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license
  • At least 12 years of experience in geotechnical engineering, with a focus on geothermal design and project management
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Graduate degree in Civil Engineering with Geotechnical Engineering emphasis or Engineering Geology/Mining Engineering
  • Professional Engineer (PE) in state of residence
  • Working knowledge of FLAC 2D/3D or Plaxis 2D/3D
  • Experience in trenchless design, tunnels, or geo-environmental projects
