Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement commercial risk management strategies to mitigate potential losses and maximize opportunities
* Negotiate and manage contracts with clients and partners, ensuring fair and equitable terms
* Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate commercial risks
* Prepare and present contract risk assessments and analysis to senior management
* Support the legal department in dispute resolution

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, MBA preferred
* At least 8+ years of experience in contract management, with 3+ years of on-site EPC construction execution experience in the heavy industrial market
* Extensive knowledge of construction execution risk
* Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Project
* High integrity and ability to uphold ethical practices
