Senior Manager/Director of Commercial Operations

Primoris Services Corporation is seeking a Director of Commercial Operations to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing commercial risks and opportunities across the organization, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Manage commercial risks and opportunities, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible service.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that commercial objectives are aligned with business goals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners to ensure that their needs are met.
  • Provide commercial support to project managers, ensuring that commercial risks are identified and mitigated.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year accredited college or university, MBA is a plus.
  • At least 8+ years of related contract/change management experience and/or training, including 3+ years of on-site EPC construction execution experience specifically in heavy industrial markets.
  • Extensive knowledge of construction execution risk.
  • Familiarity and strategic adeptness with various contract pricing models.
  • Astuteness in cost control and CPM scheduling.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Project.
  • Possess high integrity and uphold ethical practices.
  • A team player who promotes and institutionalizes best-in-class contract management practices.
  • Highly motivated with a demonstrated passion for excellence.
  • Self-starter with an ability to work independently to meet deadlines, goals, and objectives.

  • Competitive salary range of $150 - 200k commensurate with skills and experience.
