Job Title: Commercial Lines Lead

At GPAC, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Lead to join our team. As a key member of our insurance team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our Customer Service Representatives, including coaching, mentoring, and enforcing policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage Customer Service Representatives, including coaching, disciplining, mentoring, and enforcing policies and procedures.
  • Help on-board new Customer Service Representatives, communicate job expectations, and utilize personal expertise and skill set for training.
  • Evaluate individual Customer Service Representative job performance semi-annually, identify and address developmental needs.
  • Analysis of procedures and implementing streamlining.
  • Train and oversee outsourced positions within department.
  • Delegate workload when team members are out of office (sick/vacation).
  • Handle low-level escalated customer service issues before elevation to upper management.
  • Resolve accounting disputes within department.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Commercial Lines Account Manager.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a management-level position.
  • Experience with a wide variety of commercial lines policies.
  • Must be able to multitask, delegate, and demonstrate execution.
  • Must be able to interact with a wide variety of personalities.
  • Must have strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Must have the ability to implement efficiencies and problem-solve.
  • Must have robust Excel skills.
  • Must have good written communication skills.
  • CIC, CRM, or CISR preferred but not required.
  • Experience with Applied EPIC preferred.
  • Spanish speaking is a plus.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.
