The SOCOTEC team includes Certified Public Accountants, financial analysts, construction specialists, and information management professionals, all equipped with the communication and analytical skills necessary to engage effectively with legal counsel and senior management, as well as technical and operational staff.

Note: While SOCOTEC Advisory employs professionals with degrees in accounting, finance, construction, and engineering, it is not a CPA firm.

What You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Independently collaborating with client managers to devise and execute effective Critical Path Method (CPM) schedules and development projects.
  • Analyzing intricate construction challenges and managing changes through schedule fragnets.
  • Creating and revising Schedule Narratives that outline construction plans and significant alterations.
  • Engaging in client meetings and interacting with various levels of construction personnel.
  • Understanding scheduling issues and articulating potential impacts of changes to clients.

Your Qualifications:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities to simplify complex scheduling challenges and convey them in written reports.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in construction-related fields.
  • At least 3 years of experience in project planning, scheduling, and project controls.
  • Proficiency in implementing CPM scheduling using Oracle Primavera P6.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • AACE certification as a Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP) is preferred.
  • Experience in schedule analysis and presenting Time Impact Analyses (TIAs) is preferred.
  • Robust understanding of construction processes.
  • Experience in construction operations as a project manager or field superintendent is preferred.
