  • Subcontractor Oversight: Ensure timely payments to subcontractors and address any payment-related concerns promptly.
  • Safety Leadership: Promote a culture of safety by adhering to safety protocols and participating in safety training.
  • Financial Oversight: Identify and manage financial risks, ensuring project costs align with budget forecasts.
  • Client Development: Engage in client entertainment and networking to foster business relationships.
  • Pre-Construction Activities: Develop detailed scopes of work and collaborate with subcontractors to ensure accurate pricing.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in general contracting, managing projects over $5M.
  • CPR/First Aid and OSHA certifications are required within the first 90 days of employment.
