Job Overview: Ecolab Inc. seeks an experienced Brand Protection Specialist to join our team, responsible for conducting regular visits at client locations to provide consulting, coaching, and training services. This role plays a critical part in helping clients meet their unique expectations and program requirements while protecting their brand and enhancing the guest experience.

Key Accountabilities:

  1. Visiting client locations to assess compliance with food safety and quality standards, providing guidance on corrective actions when necessary.
  2. Delivering expert consulting, coaching, and training services to equip clients with the necessary knowledge and skills to protect their brand and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  3. Collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop and implement effective solutions that drive business results and enhance client satisfaction.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Hospitality Management, or related field, with 3+ years of experience in food safety, quality assurance, or brand protection.
  • Proven expertise in regulatory compliance, with a strong understanding of industry standards and best practices.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Salary Range: $75,000 - $95,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience.
