Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver direct applied behavioral analysis (ABA) services to clients.
  • Create a nurturing and individualized learning atmosphere for each child.
  • Maintain precise and organized documentation of client data using both software and written records.
  • Uphold confidentiality and respect for all clients and staff.
  • Engage in team meetings and participate in client case discussions as needed.
  • Comply with all organizational and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, applied behavior analysis, or a related field is preferred.
  • Current and valid RBT Certification from the BACB.
  • Preferred one year of experience in applied behavior analysis.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to engage physically with clients, including sitting on the floor and lifting up to 50 lbs.
