We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at BrightStar Care of North Palm Beach/Martin County. As a Nurse Care Specialist, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their families.

As a member of our team, you will have the flexibility to work on a variety of assignments, procedures, and treatments, including in-home and facility-based care. You will be responsible for providing thoughtful care to clients and patients based on personalized Plans of Care, monitoring and tracking changes in their conditions and needs, and keeping the Director of Nursing and other appropriate personnel informed.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide Thoughtful Care: You will be responsible for providing compassionate and skilled care to clients and patients, based on personalized Plans of Care.
  • Monitor and Track Changes: You will monitor and track changes in clients' and patients' conditions and needs, and keep the Director of Nursing and other appropriate personnel informed.
  • Keep Families Informed: You will proactively update clients' and patients' families on their care plans, health changes, and concerns.

Requirements:

  • Current Unrestricted RN License: You must have a current, unrestricted RN license in the state where you will be providing care.
  • Preferred Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Certified CPR, and a negative TB skin test or chest x-ray are preferred.
  • Minimum Experience: You must have a minimum of one year of documented experience in a home health agency, primary care clinic, or health facility.
  • Exceptional Nursing Assessment Skills: You must possess exceptional nursing assessment skills, including the ability to analyze and interpret data, and make informed decisions.
  • Licensed Driver: You must be a licensed driver with valid automobile insurance.
  • Ability to Work Varied Shifts: You must be able to work varied shifts, including weekends and evenings, and be available to work on-call shifts as needed.
