Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Psychiatric Registered Nurse to join our team at our award-winning facility in West Palm Beach, FL. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to individuals struggling with mental health and substance abuse issues.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care and support to individuals in our inpatient rehab program

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Conduct daily and nightly rounds to ensure patient safety and well-being

Manage patient medications and lab orders, and respond to crisis situations as needed

Requirements:

Active RN license in the state of Florida

Minimum 2 years of experience in mental health or substance abuse treatment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
