At Micro Tech Staffing Group, we're on the lookout for a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. As a key player in our new business sales, you'll be responsible for nurturing meaningful relationships with customers and driving revenue growth.

Your Role:

  • Proactively identify and engage with potential and existing customers through inside sales efforts.
  • Develop and present innovative solutions to address customer inquiries and complaints, ultimately boosting company revenue.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets within specified deadlines, leveraging your negotiation skills and attention to detail.
  • Craft compelling sales materials and collaborate with Senior Management to devise impactful sales and marketing strategies.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's Degree and at least 2 years of sales experience, with a proven track record in new business acquisition and service expansion.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a knack for building client rapport and negotiating effectively.
  • Adept in detail-oriented work, thriving under deadlines, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
