Administrative Coordinator for Personal Injury Team

Dixie Law Group, PSC seeks an experienced Office Assistant to provide administrative support to our attorneys and staff members. This role involves managing multiple calendars, preparing and editing documents, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions.
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a results-oriented approach to their work.
Key Responsibilities- Calendar Management: Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events across the office, ensuring seamless scheduling and minimal downtime.
- Document Preparation and Editing: Prepare and edit documents, files, and other materials as required by attorneys and clients.
- Client Communication: Respond to client inquiries, manage client relationships, and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
- Data Entry and Maintenance: Accurately enter and update client data, case information, and other relevant details into our systems.
- Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; prior office experience preferred but not necessary.
- Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team; proficiency in computer software and applications.
- Compensation and Benefits: Competitive salary: $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.
