Job Overview

The Resident Care Assistant (RCA) is responsible for providing comprehensive care and support to our residents, promoting their dignity, autonomy, and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
  • Collaborate with peers and other team members to ensure high-quality care.
  • Document provision of services and report any changes in resident condition.
  • Operate designated medical equipment and assist with internal transportation needs.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in long-term care or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide benefits, including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.
